After seeing so many houses, Raman was finding some fault or other with every house.

After much frustration, the broker took him to another house.

‘Very good........I like this house.......!’

‘Sir! This house was recently built. The house I showed you yesterday had one extra room. And the rent was also low. But still you prefer this?’

‘People look at the inside facilities. We’ve to look at the outside too. The house you showed yesterday had a liquor shop in its vicinity. This house has a library in its neighborhood!

Raman’s angle of looking at things left the broker speechless!
